Presented by Bluesfest Tours

Tickets are on sale tomorrow: Thursday, 16th October, 1PM NZDT
Back by popular demand following a phenomenal virtuoso blues guitar performance in Auckland on his 2023 world tour - Grammy-winning blues guitar sensation Christone “Kingfish” Ingram returns to New Zealand in 2026 for the Hard Road Tour, bringing his explosive live show to the Powerstation.
Hailed by Rolling Stone as “a rare 21st century guitar hero and the undisputed future of the blues,” Kingfish has taken the music world by storm with his searing guitar work, soulful vocals, and boundary-pushing song-writing. At just 26, he has already collaborated with legends including Buddy Guy, Jason Isbell, and The Rolling Stones, while headlining major festivals around the world.
The Hard Road 2026 Tour celebrates the release of his new album Hard Road, a record that reimagines the blues for a new generation by fusing it with rock, funk, R&B, and soul. Produced by long-time collaborator Tom Hambridge alongside Patrick “Guitar Boy” Hayes and Nick Goldston, the album represents Kingfish’s most ambitious and personal work to date—and the first release on his own label, Red Zero Records.
Expect a career-spanning set filled with electrifying performances from his award-winning albums Kingfish, 662, Live in London, and the brand-new Hard Road.
