BRIT Award winning and global arena headliners, Jungle share new single ‘The Wave’, the latest track from their upcoming album SUNSHINE, out August 14th. It follows on from ‘Carry On’, which was premiered as Radio 1’s Hottest Record before quickly amassing more than 13 million streams and playlist support across Radio 1, Radio 2 and Virgin Radio.
Jungle - J Lloyd, Tom McFarland and Lydia Kitto - took inspiration for ‘The Wave’ from the Brazilian music scene of the ‘60s and ‘70s, channeling the warmth and musicality of that era into a distinctly sleek production. Lyrically it is about finding the strength to persevere with a relationship as it goes through challenges - a dose of optimism in the face of tough times.
