Fresh off the back of their hypnotic set at Splendour in the Grass over the weekend, Dope Lemon have sold-out the first of their August headline Australia & New Zealand shows. Dope Lemon have again proved themselves as a fully-fledged cultural phenomenon, after their second studio album, Big Smooth Cat, made its #2 ARIA Chart debut earlier this month.
If their festival performance is anything to go by, then these shows are not to be missed. Dope Lemon swooned a packed-out G W McLennan stage on Saturday night, welcoming the crowd into the dreamy world of the Smooth Big Cat with favourites Hey You, Salt & Pepper and Give Me Honey amongst an undeniably enchanting set list.
