Ten days ago, much to the exhilaration of die-hard fans, Metallica confirmed their long-awaited return to Australia and New Zealand with their WorldWired headline stadium tour—the band’s first New Zealand show since 2010!
Tickets to Metallica’s one-and-only New Zealand show were eagerly snapped up from last Tuesday during the pre-sale period, and general release tickets sold out within 12 minutes.
The WorldWired Tour has played 130+ shows across the world since its 2016 kick-off.
Special guests Slipknot will provide support at the Auckland show and all Australian dates.
