Dead Favours will be joining Royal Blood at two of the most eagerly awaited rock concerts of 2018.

Coinciding with this announce, Royal Blood have just released a high octane, Tarantino inspired video for brand new single ‘How Did We Get So Dark?’. Directed by The Sacred Egg (Royal Blood’s ‘Lights Out’), the video is set in a dystopian future in which rabbits have become a valuable commodity that humans battle to obtain. Echoing the neo-noir atmospherics of Tarantino’s ‘Death Proof’, it finds Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcherembroiled in an all-action thriller featuring high speed car chases and frenetic shoot-outs.

Forming in Brighton in 2013, Royal Blood’s self-titled first record became the UK’s fastest selling rock debut in three years upon its release in 2014. Hit singles ‘Out of the Black’ and ‘Little Monster’ received widespread praise and earned them a nomination for BBC Sound of 2014, while their glorious track ‘Figure It Out’ has over 15 million views on YouTube and almost 50 million plays on Spotify.

The duo’s follow-up release How Did We Get So Dark? has been quick to follow suit, debuting at #1 on the UK Albums Chart, and #6 on the NZ Album Charts. With hit tracks ‘Lights Out’, ‘I Only Lie When I Love You’, and ‘Hook, Line & Sinker’  gaining over 19 million streams collectively since release.

Mike Kerr (bass guitar/vocals) and Ben Thatcher’s (drums) return to New Zealand follows a series of sold-out tours over the past few years. From their debut shows in May 2014 to today, Royal Blood have solidified themselves as an electrifying live act:
