The Bootleg Beatles playing Auckland this week

The world’s first and finest tribute band The Bootleg Beatles, continue to thrill audiences performing their acclaimed homage to the Fab Four. Formed from the West End cast of the Broadway musical ‘Beatlemania’, The Bootleg Beatles are the world’s premier Beatles show.

In an illustrious career spanning nearly four decades, the world’s Number 1 all British Beatle band have performed over 4,000 shows in over 40 countries.

Over this period, they have played Glastonbury many times, toured the world several times, supported Oasis, conducted numerous radio and TV appearances, had many sell-out shows at the Royal Albert Hall and even performed for the Queen in Buckingham Palace.

They have won over the most hardened sceptics and drawn critical acclaim across the globe for their incredible recreation of the greatest songbook of all time, with New Musical Express declaring that “The band are as similar to their namesakes as it is possible to be…unlike any other group in the last 15 years of rock, they can safely say that they look and sound as the Beatles”.

With 2017 marking the 50th anniversary of the groundbreaking Sgt Peppers album, they are bringing their amazing multi-media production back to Auckland, meticulously recreating the vast soundscapes of the Beatles legendary recordings.
