Dirty Wolves set for NZ tour
/Don’t miss your chance to see what Australia’s rock press are raving about when Dirty Wolves hit New Zealand shores this month, igniting Wellington’s Valhalla on Wednesday 26th and Auckland’s Kings Arms on Friday the 28th October.
Skuewolf (Alex Hermes) and Monster Mutt (Graeme Young) of Dirty Wolves have bought new meaning to the term Hairy Metal. If you’re into the sound of Tool, Deftones, Dream Theatre, A Perfect Circle or Mastodon you are going to dig the sounds coming from this explosive Australian heavy two-piece.
A progressive and polyrhythmic metal duo, Dirty Wolves have just launched their first Australian & New Zealand tour with their epic concept album, Creation & Chaos through MGM. Released September 2nd and produced by Dirty Wolves, the 12 track concept album covers the universal themes of power, lies and corruption which took 3 years in the making but feels nothing but topical in 2016. With each song exploring the notions of formation, destruction and control, Creation & Chaos is a truly remorseless prog rock experience.
Joining the line-up for the Wellington and Auckland shows, Sydney’s Red Sea fronted by powerhouse vocalist Erica Bowron support in celebration of their debut EP Battlescar.
