Exhilarating and high energy New Zealand rock band, Written By Wolves, have just released their killer new track, Tell Me What You’re Running From? This is the first single from the band’s upcoming new album, set for release later this year.
Filled with heavy guitar riffs and mesmerising melodies, Tell Me What You’re Running From? brings a whole new meaning to the modern rock sound.
“Tell Me What You're Running From? is all about fighting your own demons and being honest with yourself about what is holding you back in life”, says lead singer Michael Murphy. “It intertwines fear of failure and fear of success and ultimately talks about no matter what the short term gain in running away from your demons may be, it will never fix them in the long run.”
Written By Wolves are New Zealand’s most-streamed rock act and have opened for the likes of Devilskin and Blindspott, developing a reputation as an exciting and “must see” live act. They have co-headlined Mardi Gras in the past as well and performed at Bay Dreams to top reviews.
