The Chainsmokers release the 'Collage' EP
/Continuing the massive success of three multi-Platinum hits this year, The Chainsmokers have released their new Collage EP.
Collage includes their current single, the long running #1 single on the NZ Top 40, ‘Closer’ ft. Halsey plus a brand new track, ‘Setting Fires’ ft XYLØ. The bundle also features the duo’s recent hit ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ ft Daya (2 x Platinum), and previously released tracks ‘Inside Out’ ft. Charlee and single ‘All We Know’ ft. Phoebe Ryan.
Closing out an incredible 2016, all three of The Chainsmokers’ latest singles (‘Closer’ ft. Halsey, ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ ft. Daya and ‘Roses’ ft. Rozes) have received Platinum certifications. Additionally, the duo has been nominated for four American Music Awards in the ‘New Artist of the Year’, ‘Favorite Duo or Group – Pop/Rock’, ‘Favorite Artist – EDM’ and ‘Collaboration of the Year’ categories.
Earlier this year, ‘Roses’ (2 x Platinum) steadily climbed the charts reaching #3 on the iTunes chart and top 10 on the NZ Top 40. ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ ft. Daya, which was named one of Rolling Stone’s “30 Best Songs of 2016 So Far”, followed, serving as Alex and Drew’s second Top 5 hit on the NZ Top 40 (alongside ‘Roses’), while also accumulating nearly 400 Million streams on Spotify worldwide. The official ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ videos have racked up over 300 Million combined views to date, and the track still maintains positioning in the Top 40 airplay chart.
