Indie-pop artist Greta Van Den Brink has today released the third single from her forthcoming nine-track album This Wasn’t Planned, set to drop in May 2026. GIMBGTBLBM the abbreviation of God It Must Be Good To Be Loved By Me, is a powerful track that blends a kiss of John Mayer’s melancholy style with a spill-your-guts vibe bridge, driving the message of giving your all to a relationship that lacks reciprocation.
Growing up on a farm surrounded by animals, trees, and a vivid imagination nurtured by her mother, Greta naturally fell into songwriting while working in film as an actress and stunt performer for Netflix, Amazon, and Apple. Her debut track Road to Hell unexpectedly found its way onto a Netflix soundtrack, setting the tone for a career she never planned - but now can’t live without. Greta’s music blends cinematic storytelling with emotional rawness with every song feeling like a world of its own - visceral, vivid, and deeply personal.
GIMBGTBLBM is no exception - portraying strong themes of storytelling.
