“Having made a name in unflinching honesty and writing without fear, LØLØ’s new album sees the Canadian singer embracing her vulnerabilities more than ever before.”
“Her writing is a unique, sarcastic blend of Carrie Bradshaw meets Sylvia Plath meets Avril Lavigne.” - Kerrang!

“LØLØ is cementing her position as one of the most magnetic voices in modern pop-rock.” - TMRW

“…mastered the art of the breakup song… burgeoning star” - Alt Press

“...signature blend of vulnerability and punk edge.” - MARVIN

“LØLØ has swiftly grown into a true trailblazer" - Rock Sound

“...the kind of stage presence that most artists spend years refining. Channeling the spirit of Avril Lavigne with the emotional depth of Olivia Rodrigo…” - New Noise

“...unstoppable pop-rock force” - Notion

“There are no divergent flights of fancy, this new record is more diaristic and intensely personal and heartbreak is the central driver in the lyrical narrative….this whole album is about love and its consequences with acoustic guitar riffs and melodies.” - Heavy Magazine

“The 12 songs on ‘God Forbid A Girl Spits Out Her Feelings’ is about quiet desperation. The songwriting is sharp, witty, and has a gritty edge with “no revenge, just metaphors”. But don’t let LØLØ fool you, her songs are cutting, brutal in fact, with a pop-punk sense of tuneful fun.” - No Barriers Au

Pop-rock trailblazer LØLØ has released her much anticipated sophomore album, god forbid a girl spits out her feelings, out now via Fearless Records and available to stream/download HERE. Ultimately, LØLØ writes the kind of songs that make it okay to feel out loud. The diaristic 13-track LP expands upon the raw, rebellious world she's built over the years, leaning into sharp-tongued lyricism, dark humor, and unfiltered emotional honesty that captures every spiral, intrusive thought, and contradiction in real time.

The confessional project marks a striking evolution from LØLØ’s debut album falling for robots and wishing I was one, shifting from detachment to fearless self-expression. The album features pre-released fan-favorites, me with no shirt on, american zombie, the devil wears converse, and 007, alongside standout moments like the punisher, the dumbest girl in the world, and lobotomy & u, each amplifying her signature blend of pop-rock bite and intimate storytelling. Sonically, the album strips things back while sharpening its emotional impact, balancing explosive alt-rock energy with bold, tongue-in-cheek moments. LØLØ’s vocal performance also grounds the project in a sense of immediacy that feels both personal and universally relatable.

“My debut album had me wishing I could be a robot, so I didn’t have to feel anything and nobody could hurt me. This one, however, is what happens when I start embracing every messy, scary, and inconvenient feeling of being human. After all, feeling everything is kind of the whole point, right?” LØLØ commented.

“I’ve stripped things back - both sonically and physically - just a girl, her pen, and her guitar. This album is about learning, losing, falling in love, falling apart, and refusing to apologize for any of it. My songwriting lets you into my entire world, however complicated it may be. As my fans know, I’m incapable of taking this shit to my grave. The world (and the people I write about) might call it ‘too much,’ but this album flips that on its head. It’s about owning my sensitivity and emotions because, god forbid a girl spits out her feelings! Well, here they are…” she elaborated.

The music video for the dumbest girl in the world is also out now. It’s both a call-out and a call-in for anyone who’s ever ignored their better judgment for love. It was inspired by real-life conversations amongst friends (and fellow artists), who also feature in the visual - Chandler Leighton, Leah Kate, Hunter Daily, Bailey Spinn, and Mylie Taylor.

With over 150M+ global streams, collaborations with Simple Plan and Maggie Lindemann, and performances at Lollapalooza, Sad Summer, Slam Dunk, Download, Rock Am Ring, and multiple Warped Tours, LØLØ continues to solidify her place as one of the most compelling voices in modern pop-rock.

In support of the album, she will be bringing the new music to life on a headline tour across the U.K. and Europe beginning April 25 in Vienna, Austria and concluding May 13 in Birmingham, U.K.. Following the run, she will return to Warped Tour stages this summer with stops in Washington, D.C., Long Beach, Montreal, and Mexico City. Even more new shows will be announced soon.
