Libel Music was one of New Zealand’s first online ‘Independent Music Mags/Blogs’ dedicated to music, theatre, arts & the entertainment industry founded in August 2006.

On the smell of an oily rag, tooth-picks at times to keep eyes open, & genuine passion for music, writing, photography by all who have contributed to Libel Music over the years, we’ve been blessed to have supported many local NZ artists to superstars! The stars though; are truly the ones you don’t see, the contributors the writers, photographers, journalists, interviewers, editors through to PR teams that all make the business of show!

Libel Music NZ has a passion for music history & has been actively archiving our music history, we take care to record as much detail about everything we cover as we can; this takes quite a bit of time, effort & money, there are no paywalls blocking access to the publication nor our archives; nor will there ever be, help us out & donate to Libel Music
