Bryson Tiller confirms NZ show
Multi-platinum selling R&B artist Bryson Tiller will perform his first ever New Zealand show at Auckland’s Logan Campbell Centre on Friday 22 September 2017.
Hailing from Kentucky, Tiller has been one of the breakout stars of the past year. Fusing together trap, hip hop and R&B, Tiller got his big break in 2014 after releasing his single 'Don’t’ online. This caught the attention of heavyweight producer Timbaland and internationally renowned artist Drake, propelling him to a new level of credibility.
Tiller’s debut album T R A P S O U L was released in 2015 and has since reached significant milestones including over 2.1 billion streams in the U.S. and platinum certification. Here in New Zealand, it boasts the Gold certified singles ‘Don’t’ and ‘Exchange’ and has placed Tiller as a favourite with Kiwi audiences.
Among his many accomplishments, Tiller was nominated for a GRAMMY (Best R&B Song for “Exchange”), has won two BET Awards for Best New Artist and Best Male R&B/Pop Artist and has sold-out 47 shows on his T R A P S O U L tour in both the U.S. and Europe.
Adding to this, Tiller has just surprise released his sophomore album True To Self on Friday 19 May, featuring new single ‘Something Tells Me’ which debuted at Number 8 on The Official New Zealand Heatseekers Singles Chart.
