Off the back of a second Silver Scroll nomination for her single 'Dream', kiwi singer-songwriter Lydia Cole shares a second single off her forthcoming album with us.

Opening into a sparse, glowing musical arrangement that burns slowly but steadily across the song’s duration, the clean and subtle delivery of 'Sober' expresses an ode to coming clean; a declaration to oneself in finding meaningful human connection.

“Just want a sober exchange at the end of the day, then I’ll have nothing to blame for the way I behave.”
