The man who attacked Noel Gallagher while he was performing a concert with Oasis has been sentenced to 12 months house arrest.  

In 2008, Gallagher was shoved to the ground on stage by Daniel Sullivan during an Oasis performance at the V Festival in Toronto.  Gallagher suffered three broken and dislodged ribs in the incident. The band also had to cancel five shows as a result.

Rihanna was rushed to hospital in Switzerland on Monday night (19th April).

Rapper Guru has died after a lengthy battle with cancer.  

43 year old Guru had been in a coma after suffering a cardiac arrest on February 28th.  

Guru was part of the rap duo Gang Starr and released his first solo album in 1993 being "Jazzmatazz Vol 1"

An official statement read "Guru has passed away yesterday morning (April 19) after a long battle with cancer".

Joseph Corré, the son of Malcolm McLaren, has called for a minute of mayhem in tribute of his father.
