Guitarist Slash has revealed that his mother had an affair with David Bowie when he was a little kid.  

The former Guns 'N Roses band member recalled the story to Australian radio station Triple M.  "My mum started working professionally with David Bowie at first. I'm pretty sure that's how it started and then it turned into some sort of mysterious romance that went on for a while after that."

Slash is heading to New Zealand to play shows in Auckland and Christchurch.
