Small

Velvet Revolver are set to reunite at a special tribute show for John O'Brien.

The show, titled "Love You Madly: A Concert For John O'Brien", will take place on January 12th at House Of Blues in Hollywood.  It will be the first time that Scott Weiland will front the band since their less than amicable breakup in 2008.  Other performers for the event include Maroon 5, Sheryl Crow, Tom Morello, The Forest Rangers, Curtis Stiegers, Chantal Kreviazuk and Stephen Stills.

O'Brien, who was an award winning composer and worked on films such as Iron Man and Pineapple Express, was found dead in a Chicago hotel room on August 20th, 2011 at the age of 45.
