Taylor Swift Named Woman Of The Year

Billboard have named Taylor Swift the Woman Of The Year.  

The 21 year old will be honoured at the 2011 Billboard Women In Music Event which is to be held in New York on December 2nd.  

Swift is the youngest artist to ever receive the award which is now in its sixth year.  Previous winners include Beyonce. Reba McEntire and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie.  

Swift's latest album Speak Now has sold over 5.5 million copies worldwide and she is set to perform three Auckland shows in March next year.
