Axl Rose booed at Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony
Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose was booed at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame after failing to appear at the ceremony this past Saturday night (April 14th).
Rose declined to appear at the event, which saw his band Guns N' Roses inducted, after he claimed he wasn't "wanted or respected" by his former bandmates.
As Green Day frontman Billy Joe Armstrong inducted the ex-Guns N' Roses members including Slash, Duff McKagan, Steven Adler and Matt Sorum, Armstrong asked the audience "who was missing" and was soundly greeted with loud boos. He then continued "Most singers are crazy, I can vouch for that. He is one of the best front men to ever touch a microphone. Sometimes you have to look back at chapters of your life to move forward."
Other inductees on the night included Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beastie Boys and The Faces.
